What we receive, why, and who sees it.
In effect from October 27, 2026. This explains what Tree Removal Cookeville ("we") learns through this website and its phone number, and what happens to it.
Information we receive
- What you tell us: your name, phone, email, town, the tree job and any notes, whether sent through the form or by email, plus the time and the page you sent it from.
- Phone calls: the number you call from, the time and the length of the call, kept by our phone carrier. Calls and voicemail messages may be recorded.
- Visits: ordinary technical data from our web host, such as pages loaded and device type. We use no advertising cookies.
- Spam filtering: our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical browser signals.

Who receives it
- A participating tree contractor in your area, so they can reach you. Contractors pay us for referrals, and our number may connect your call straight to one.
- Vendors that run our phone line, email, forms and hosting.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it or to protect safety and rights.
Personal information is never sold, and it isn't used to market anything else to you.
Call recording
Callers hear a recording notice before anything else.
How long we keep it
For as long as referral and business records need it, and no longer.
Your options
Write to info@treeremovalcookeville.com to see, fix or erase what we hold about you. A contractor who already got your request keeps its own copy.
Children
This service is for grown-ups arranging tree work, and information from children isn't knowingly collected.
Updates
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
